I appreciated the attention paid to details, particularly in the clean and well-appointed rooms and comfortable bathroom. the hotel staff was gracious and made me feel welcomed.

The buildings were historic and well-restored, with luxuriously modern interiors. The location on the Camino was perfect, and there was safe storage for bikes. The continental breakfast was amazing!
There seemed to be no staff after 8 pm, which was a bit unnerving. The lack of service at dinner was frustrating.

The hotel's location was lovely with beautiful views of rolling hills and easy access to a nearby walking route. the rooms were comfortable and modern, with fantastic Wi-Fi and safe bicycle storage. the staff was accommodating, providing guests with meals even when the restaurant was closed.
The noise level from various celebrations was excessive and disruptive.

We were impressed by the beautiful surroundings and the well-preserved historic building. The refurbishment was clearly done with great care. Despite a small glitch with the Wi-Fi in the beginning, the connection was eventually fixed and worked well. We also appreciated the effort made by Luciano to ensure we had dinner when the restaurant was closed.
